Hey there! Gabby here, on this side of the screen!

Welcome to this cozy corner of the internet. This baking blog is a new space where we embark on a mindful and flavorful culinary adventure.

I’m Gabby, and I’m thrilled to share my journey and this baking world with you! From a curious kitchen explorer to a passionate baker with a deep emotional connection to food. Certainly my Moon in Cancer plays a role in all of this — it fuels my love for nourishing those I care about through baking. It’s a quiet kind of magic that has shaped the way I see food…not just as sustenance, but as a way to care, connect, and create.

From the earliest days, the kitchen was my happy place.
I was always the kid dusted in flour, eagerly playing with doughs and molds. With Italian roots, our family meals were joyful feasts — filled with layered flavors, laughter, and love. Those memories are the foundation of my culinary curiosity.

Moreover, as I grew older, my fascination with food expanded beyond the recipes I inherited. Soon, I started exploring new flavors, techniques, and traditions, blending them into something uniquely mine.
In the kitchen, I shift from my Capricorn structure into my Scorpio creativity, allowing myself to break the rules, try again, and find calm in the mess.

Mindful baking became a ritual for me — a kind of therapy.
The simple acts of kneading, waiting, and observing taught me patience, presence, and how to listen to my gut. This later one, literally and emotionally.

Now, I invite you to join me as we explore not just how to bake or cook, but why it matters.
Let’s return to the basics! Honoring real ingredients, ancestral wisdom, and the emotional pull that food has over our lives. Not matter if you’re curious about mood food, intuitive eating, or simply want to feel more grounded — this baking blog is for you.

Whether you’re a seasoned chef or just discovering the joy of baking, feel free to send me a message or check out our upcoming workshops. I’d love to bake with you!

I’d love to hear your thoughts and reflections.

Beso,

Gabby
